Useful Information for Exhibitors
Please find below some further details which may help you through Convention:
- SET UP: You can set up your display area from 9:00am on Friday 21st. You should be fully set up by 12:45pm.
- PARKING: Once unloaded please move your vehicle into the main car park.
- DISMANTLING: You can leave your stand up until Convention finishes on Sunday.
- ASSISTANCE: You can’t miss the Host Committee. They’re in bright waistcoats. If you have any queries or need any help moving anything then please just let us know.
- REFRESHMENTS: Tea and coffee is available to purchase throughout Convention.
- INTERNET: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue. Please see separate sheet on Wi-Fi availability.
- CONTACT: If you need any urgent assistance throughout the day please make contact with members of the host committee or, prior to Convention, with the ladies in MDHQ 0121 441 4544.
- TOILETS: Toilets are located throughout the building and are clearly signposted.
- FAVOURITE EXHIBITOR: Just for fun, attendees can vote for their favourite exhibitor throughout the day and the winner (with the most votes) will be awarded a small gift at the end of Convention.
